NSS was held on Saturday, 1 of august, 2015. Tree Plantation was taken up by both the units at Umri Dham forest area, Raisar forest range, Jamwa Ghat, Ramgarh, Jaipur and Jhule lal Park, Sector 12, Zone 123, Agarwal farm , Mansarovar and for Unit I and Unit II respectively. We all board the buses at 9:30 a.m and reached jamwa ghat at 11:00 a.m. We were served refreshment after which we took a walk towards the plantation area- the forest which was about half a kilometer walk from the main road.. We took around 20-25 minutes to walk as the road we were travelling was undulating due to rainfall. When we reached the jamwa ghat, the surroundings were very beautiful with scenic beauty. We met Mr Umrao Singh Rathore, the Forest officer and Mr Joy Gardener from The Hope NGO. We made a pair of two girls and planted 4 saplings. The village labourers from the forest department had made pits for plantation. They helped during plantation session. We clicked photographs and enjoyed a lot as weather was very soothing. After planting about 200 trees we moved back towards the bus. Then the NSS volunteers thanked  the Forest Officer and Mr joy. We then travelled back to the college and reached college at 2:30 pm.It was a great and memorable event.
