Today, The 9th of January 2016, marked amongst the Best and the most Powerful day from all the activities held till yet. We were informed to assemble at the Seminar room. Happy and excited. To learn something new and to again Invent Something New in ME. Later, We were Introduced to Mr.Valen and Miss Nadini. They both work in Genpact, in the LEARNING and DEVELOPMENT Department.

Mr.Valen is a calm, disciplined, determined, focused and a Well-Coordinated person. He introduced himself to us very well and so did Miss Nandini.

We first started with our Introduction to all and a One liner in aspect to our thoughts about LEADERSHIP to us. And our ASPIRATION as a NSS volunteer. It was a fun way to jingle with evryone and to make our hesitations fly away.

Further, we were taken to the Lawn of the college to know our Mates and understand ourselves in a better way. There we played a game of blind fold and divided into groups of two. We had to direct the person make her belief that we won't let her hurt and can direct her without any miss-happpening. 

Then was the time to jot down our flaws and mistakes. What we lacked and what we need to cover back. 

A leader's most and the main Aspects of being a Leader and an Example fir others. And then all the Journey of training and a memorable knowledge bank came to an end of telling MrValen his first expression on US. And a Beautiful speech kum motivational wirds by Miss Nandini so that we think beyond what we can do more to Facilitate the Sorroundings and the needy eyes and to make this World a better place for the one's who are stuck in deep dark hole's and need our hands to BRING THEM TO THE BRIGHT LIGHTS. 

It was a funny, enthusiastic and a Learning experience for me. I found myself back in the lot of many.
