First meeting of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Club

The first meeting of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Club was held on 5 Feb 2020 at 2:30in the old staff room.

Nodal officer of the Club Dr. Sharad Rathore, informed the Club members regarding formation of the Club and after detailed discussion the following activities to be undertaken under this scheme were identified.
· Whats app group of all the members was formed.
· It was suggested that inclusion of Assamese students in the programme will be an asset and students from Assam could be called the ambassadors of Assam.
· It was decided that the University should partner with an Assamese University to get connected with the students of Assam.
· A separate Notice board should be assigned for EBSB activity display on campus.
· Teams were formed for looking after EBSB activities and duties were allocated for the same
The meeting ended with a Vote of Thanks to the Chair.
