Food of Assam to tingle your taste buds

The IIS (deemed to be University), Jaipur successfully organized a Assamese Cuisine competition on the topic “Food of Assam to tingle your taste buds” under the scheme of EBSB on 29th Jan 2020. 150 students participated in this competition. There were five teams with three girls in each in the competition and they prepared Mogur-bor, Tel Pitha, Tetli Tangerine Shor bot  and Bilahi Boror Tenga. Rest of the students were watching the live telecast of the process of cooking in hostel mess of the university. Later the recipes prepared by the students were presented before the Vice Chancellor of the University Dr. Ashok Gupta who appreciated the efforts of students.
